Astro Meditation Series

This 21 day meditation series includes:

• 7 guided meditations (10 to 15 mins each) - using specific planetary energies to guide each day's practice. Each meditation is charged with healing guitar music, using different sounds from my Frequency Series on Youtube.

• An Astro Meditation Guide (PDF) with color boards, feelings, suggested prayers and mantras for you to use before or after your practice.
